I was at work today and had an idea of what to make for supper. I stopped after work and picked up a couple things to get me back in the kitchen! Tonight's menu was chickpea cutlets(veganomicon) with gravy(eat, drink & be vegan...but I used mushroom stock) on top of roasted garlic mashed potatoes served with balsamic glazed peas. It was just a nice meal.

We'll see what gets concocted next. Until then take care and eat some good food.
